Lucy earned a master’s degree in Applied Neuroscience from the University of Dundee, following a bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde. Her academic research enhanced her interest in cognitive neuroscience and neurological disorders.
Lucy joined the team in August 2023. Her role as a Graduate Research Practitioner involves supporting the MND-SMART trial management team, as well as the Anne Rowling Clinic’s research team in trial recruitment and assessments. Lucy is passionate about translational research to improve treatment for neurodegenerative conditions, and looks forward to gaining further knowledge and skills to support this field.
